I work it into the pockets of the day that fit our life the best, whether that’s early mornings before she wakes up, school hours, and sometimes a bit of quiet time in the evenings once she’s asleep.Honestly I was sick and tired of living on UC with nothing for myself, I’ve made my travel agent business work around my daughter!! If she’s at home with me, I’ll often be replying to enquiries, building itineraries, or checking bookings while she’s playing or watching a film nearby. Other times, I’ll take calls or do admin when she’s at school or doing activities.Being a mum actually motivates me in my business—I want flexibility, but I also want to build something solid for our future. It’s not always easy juggling the two, but I’ve found a balance that works for us, and I’m proud that I can grow my business while still being there for all the important little moments.
